After us throwing around the idea a million times of joining a gym one day Kell finally dragged me to a ReUnited CrossFit class. Literally. He had asked over the years since he had done CrossFit last in 2017 and I just couldn’t get the nerve up to be in a place publicly to workout. We both had fallen off the wagon with our health with the busyness of everyday life and throw 4 kids and running a business in on top of that working out was the last thing on my mind.

I really had no idea what to expect when I started CrossFit. I was nervous and didn’t want to burden the coaches with a ton of questions since a lot of it was new to me. After the first few classes I quickly learned it was quite the opposite. Every class I felt so welcomed and looked forward to the next one every time I left. It has turned my mindset of working out from a chore to a pleasure.

Honestly it is the best hour of our day, and we look forward to it now every week. We’ve attended every class from 6 am to 6 pm and every coach goes above and beyond to help, train, teach and encourage you. You can be any age or at any stage of your fitness journey and be a part of this community. It’s not a competition while you are there, everyone in the gym wants to see each other grow and succeed. It’s more than going to work out, it’s where growth and relationships transpire.

We are so thankful to be a part of the ReUnited Community.
